Hunstrete House Hotel is only a stone's throw from the Roman city of Bath and the historic port of Bristol, located in the heart of the West Country.

The estate was owned for 350 years by the same family and only became a hotel since the mid 1970's. The house is much as it was when a private home.

All 25 ensuite bedrooms are individually decorated with antique furniture, artwork and fine porcelain. Many of the rooms have uninterrupted views over undulating fields with woodlands cresting the hills and deer graze in parkland beside the house.

LOCATION

Hunstrete House Hotel is located in Somerset at the edge of the Mendip hills, 6 miles from Bath, 11 miles from Bristol and about 100 miles from London and its airports.

* The Cuisine at Hunstrete House is in the capable hands of Chef Daniel Moon and his team. Daniel trained under some of the finest Chefs in the country. This training, dedication and commitment has earned him and his food much recognition.

* Wine Cellar:
The wine cellar is one of the finest in the South West with over 250 specially selected champagnes and wines to choose from. We offer wines by the glass as well as a variety of house wines selected for their good value. Our aim is to provide a list as varied and balanced as possible between the "Old and New World" to meet your requirements, bring you a few surprises as well as to compliment Hunstrete's style of cuisine.

* The peacefulness of the grounds attracts a variety of wildlife. All of the 25 ensuite bedrooms are named after birds found here.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
